Refunds and Exchanges

All items listed in my shop are handmade and/ or customized. As with any handmade items, there may be minor imperfections. These imperfections in no way impact the functionality but add a unique aspect to each item. Since all items are handmade, I do NOT accept returns or exchanges! However, if there is a problem with your order, please reach out to me!
